The Berkeley Lab hosted their annual Lab Runaround. Certainly a fun way to release some stress and sprint through the lab without anyone thinking I'm chasing funding opportunities. I admit, I am out of shape and nowhere close to the physical peak I was once at in 2012. But it was motivation for me to get back on track. At the end of the day, all that matters is that I finished before my supervisor. Full disclosure, I ran while my supervisor walked. Hey, I'll take whatever I can get! Enjoyed the free shirts at the end too, which you can see we all are quite happy about earning. What a day!
